Negative Approach - 2009 Tour Dates (Fun Fun Fun Fest afterparty, a matinee in Brooklyn & more)

I'll be heading to Austin for Fun Fun Fun Fest this weekend, and I only just realized that my late-night show options while I'm there include Voxtrot, Forgetters, and a Negative Approach show on Saturday night with Christ on Parade and Trash Talk. The NA show is the first of a handful of shows the hardcore pioneers will be playing between now and December 6th. Another date they have scheduled is November 21st at Southpaw in Brooklyn. It's listed as a 4PM Matinee. All dates below...

Nov. 7th Austin, TX @ Red 7 (w/ Christ on Parade)
Nov. 20 Cleveland, OH @ Now That's Class
Nov. 21 Brooklyn, NY @ Southpaw (4 PM matinee)
Nov. 22 Long Branch, NJ @ Brighton Bar (2PM matinee)
Dec. 4 Baltimore, MD @ The Otto Bar

even in spite of dubious NA re-unions, John Brannon's voice still puts everyone to shame. Dude is not of this earth...

Negative Approach, Easy Action, and the Laughing Hyenas all kick ass. Christ on Parade is back together or still around?

^^^Holy shit! I was at that Southpaw NA show that put the guy on the BV radar and remember him vividly. How did he pass away? You'd think he was in great physical shape, all things considered.

Or better yet sir you can have some new bands rehashing British pop new wave real often with English accents when they arent even British. Dont get me wrong I like old 80's British pop, just not the new version from California kids who are 20 too much.
Negative Approach are not safe and John Brannon plays in a new band Easy Action. Thats like saying Detroit is safe now.

Posting on Southpaw's site says both 16+ and "everyone." Anyone know whether this is all-ages?

if you think a NA show is "safe" you are out of your fucking mind.
