Medeski Martin and Wood keyboardist John Medeski has a residency at The Stone through Sunday, Nov. 8th. Tonight he plays with John Zorn.
Bushwick Book Club's monthly appearance at Goodbye Blue Monday brings songwriters tackling Darwin's 'On the Origin of Species.' A flyer is below.

does anyone know the name of the song that's playing in the beginning of the grooms video - the "i like somebody, i wouldn't mind trying" part? it's stuck in my head. and i think grooms are great, btw.
