ditto on the first comment. and while i think that all those listed are exceptional recordings, i love the jim o'rourke and tortoise (finally the return to putting out a great record)...as exceptional a drummer as he is, it's a pretty damn vanilla list.

nearly all acoustic countryish folk stuff...yawn

Nels Cline solos stuff is not acoustic countryish folk stuff. It is avant garde experimental guitar music.

And Nels Cline is absolutely one of the best living guitarists.

hmm, a dude from a boring indie jam band hyping a boring indie prog band (dirty projectors), awesome!!!!! nonetheless cool that some chicago people are getting some attention.

As i look at the titles of those songs it sounds interesting.

3:31...Wilco is a Jam band?! What planet do you live on? Wilco does not jam just proves you don't listen to Wilco nor do you have any idea what you are talking about...

funny that wilco's album didn't make his top 10. even the band members realize it's not very good.

4:11- Yes, that is very funny. Don't artists always include their own albums in Top 10 lists?! Always. V. funny indeed. Thank you for that observation.
