Delorean @ Market Hotel during CMJ (more by Leia Jospe)

The Delorean/Miike Snow tour that's happening this March and April has added another NYC date. It appears that their March 26th show at Music Hall of Williamsburg and March 27th show at Webster Hall have both sold out. They've now added a third show on Sunday, March 28th at Bowery Ballroom. Tickets go on AmEx presale Wednesday at noon; regular sale Friday (1/15) at noon.

As mentioned previously, Delorean also has a show (without Miike Snow) at Mercury Lounge on Monday, March 29th. Lemonade and Brahms are also on the bill. Tickets are still on sale.

This Delorean isn't to be confused with Portland's Partisan Records-signed band Dolorean (with an "o").

In December, Delorean (with an "e") was featured on ABC News, who wrote "the Spanish band is working on a full length album, with an expected release in March of 2010 or later (they're still looking for a US label)." That segment and clips from recent Delorean gigs and updated dates are below...

Good, because the one with an "o" is a million times better than the one with an "e".

Glad to see D.R.I. getting there due. This was the first band I ever saw live way back in 1989. I was in the sixth grade and went with my older brother's friend. It was on the THRASH ZONE tour. Ruled.

The first ever music I purchased were two cassettes, D.R.I's DEALING WITH IT and CROSSOVER. Long live thrash metal.

Great pictures.
Excellent post, thank you very much for taking the time to share with those who are starting on the subject. Greetings

Wonderful post and the location is beautiful and elegant in design and information and everything>>> to Favorites
Amazing is an enormous understatement. One of the best electronic shows I've ever been to and I've seen well over a thousand concerts. I had no idea Vladislav Delay was as good a drummer & percussionist as he is- fabulous and he kept everything swinging with a very unique style of playing. If you missed this you missed out big time...
