oh deerhunter, why do you have to play with such a boring live act headlining. i miss you.

The answer to your question, 4:00 PM, is the almighty $

Damnit! Spoon & NPR, why couldn't you pick all (maybe former) acts from Austin and make this something out-of-towners can go too!!!

Ahh, the up & downs of SXSW - plus all of these will be short sets :(

Radio City? Fuck that, can't dance in seats...

@4:50 p.m.

"The Al-ighty -ollar?" Oh, I get it!

Posted by Josh | January 11, 2010 6:40 PM

Are you trying to claim you can't dance at a venue w/ seats?

Anyone who complains at seeing a concert at Radio City Music Hall needs to seriously re-evaluate whether or not they are even a fan of music to begin with.

They do indeed need a standing room only show in NYC.

Fingers crossed for a proper Deerhunter show.

Posted by Anonymous | January 12, 2010 7:20 AM

I will go to this, but I agree with the others. Need a second smaller deerhunter show.

Posted by Anonymous | January 12, 2010 10:27 AM

when are tickets onsale?

Posted by Anonymous | January 12, 2010 10:33 AM

I guess Deerhunter could sneak in a NYC show on 3/25, but with that schedule it looks unlikely... They'll be playing a show almost every day for a month straight

I can't believe one of the Rockettes actually posted on this, cool!

spoon is best seen in a seated venue so you can take a nap during their set. they're a strong studio band, but man, its like a phil collins show when they play live. some boring assed shit.

Posted by Anonymous | January 12, 2010 2:09 PM

No one should eat Papa John's Pizza, ever.
