Mission of Burma kick off a two night run at Bowery Ballroom on Friday.

Les Savy Fav and Vivian Girls kick off the Sounds Like Brooklyn fest at BAM on Friday.

caught that band Automa at the Cinema, Cinema show at Public Assembly in November, definitely gonna check them out tonight.

BARUCH COLLEGE is located at 151 East 25 Street (25th & Lexington) in Manhattan, the event will be in Multipurpose Room 1-107. By subway, 6 to 23rd St/Lexington Ave. Doors open at 5pm, the venue is all-ages, and the cost is $5-20 sliding scale donation. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to AMERICAN RED CROSS. This event was organized by Greg Finch.

Oh, and what about those question marks on Sunday's text in the concert poster below? No, that isn't saving a spot for a Smiths reunion or U2 debut on the Coachella stage, it's the way that Yorke presents himself as a solo star, the marquee at his Orpheum concert had the same punctuational flourish.

Amazing is an enormous understatement. One of the best electronic shows I've ever been to and I've seen well over a thousand concerts. I had no idea Vladislav Delay was as good a drummer & percussionist as he is- fabulous and he kept everything swinging with a very unique style of playing. If you missed this you missed out big time...
