Gogol Bordello @ Carnegie Hall's Tibet House benefit (more by Chris La Putt)
Gogol Bordello

The highlights of the [Tibet House benefit on February 26th] on were the musicians who brought the audience to its feet and got them dancing in the aisles. Gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello's electrifying performance elicited shrieks from the audience, many of whom began running down the Carnegie Hall aisles to crowd the stage area at lead singer Eugene Hutz's feet. He ended the set by proclaiming, "Beautiful house, beautiful cause." [Wall Street Journal]
Gogol Bordello's Rick Rubin-produced, fifth album, Trans-Continental Hustle, comes out April 27th on American Recordings.

They'll be touring the world in support of that this spring. The first of their upcoming shows is in New York City and only a little more than a week away. They play Tuesday, March 9th at Irving Plaza. Tickets are on sale and a portion of the proceeds from the show will go to the American Red Cross for Haiti Relief.

The NYC show is in advance of their North American dates this April with openers DeVotchKa, Jesse Malin and St. Mark's Social, and Tres Leches Afterparty Sound Crew, and their May/June shows in Europe with Forro in the Dark, Mariachi El Bronx (who comes to NYC this April), and Tres Leches Afterparty Sound Crew.

Gogol Bordello played three shows at Webster Hall at the end of 2009.

Well he's had it in for me ever since I kinda ran over his dog... Well, replace the word "kinda" with "repeatedly" and the word "dog" with "son"

enough with the red cross already!
find a charity in more of a need.

4:48--it's not the charity that's in need, it's the people of Haiti. The Red Cross has the scale and capability to get work done there effectively. Feel free to donate to any reputable charity you like, but please don't knock this effort. The need is unimaginable.

Specialists claim that loan help people to live their own way, because they can feel free to buy necessary stuff. Furthermore, different banks offer financial loan for different classes of people.
