La Roux, Miike Snow & others add Terminal 5 shows too

Miike Snow @ SXSW 2010 (more by Dominick Mastrangelo)

Like Cocorosie, La Roux and Miike snow have both just added headlining NYC shows at the large Terminal 5. La Roux, whose last show in NYC was at Webster Hall, plays there on June 7th. Miike Snow, who just played SXSW and plays Webster Hall (and Music Hall of Williamsburg) this week, plays there on October 6th. Both shows go on sale Friday at noon.

Going on (pre)sale much sooner: Pretty Lights, RJD2 & Chiddy Bang at the venue on June 4th ("VIP ticket includes 4 hour open bar.").

I will NEVER see another band at Terminal 5, the only band that sounded ok there was NIN. Hot Chip, Cut Copy, of Montreal, all sounded like shit there, but very good elsewhere. I'm never paying for this fucking place again.

The whole Snow LP is pretty solid. And these guys easily sold out 3 NYC shows already.

^^^Maybe these are scalpers upset about the T5 addition?

10:28 man you need to get out more. That LP is solid! As solid as the gigantic poop i just took and stinks just as bad. These dudes are old enough to be my dad and this stuff is so contrived and calculated there is absolutely no soul to be found whatsoever. Alas, to each his own.
