Wednesday is St Patrick's Day (no Pogues tour this year) and the first day of SXSW Music.

Andrew WK plays Irving Plaza tonight and then one of those mentioned BV parties in Austin on Saturday.

The Asteroids Galaxy Tour play Bowery Ballroom tonight and then multiple shows in Texas too.

Scissor Sisters don't get to Austin until Saturday. You can catch them first at Bowery Ballroom on Wednesday and Thursday.

Duck Down Records is celebrating their 15th anniversaray this year with a big showcase at SXSW. Among their lineup is Buckshot who also plays a BV day party on Saturday.

On Friday March 12, Duck Down kicked off anniversary celebrations at the Red Bull space in New York City. The event doubled as Dru Ha's birthday party. Video from the show of Buckshot performing his verse off the Black Moon classic "I Got Cha Open", below....
