Sorry about not getting as many posts on the site as I wanted to this week. Today is the third day of SXSW and the third day in a row of BV day parties in Austin. This afternoon you can find us at Club DeVille.
We had two competing shows yesterday - one with 19 bands at Spider House, and an intimate metal show in the backyard of a Hoeks Death Metal Pizza. A video from the latter below...
What else?

It is not day 3 of SXSW. SXSW started last Friday, March 12th. BV needs to learn to count.

It's Day 3 of SXSW Music, which is what BV is primarily concerned with.

I would guess AIR goes on between 8.45 and 9. Everything at these big places stays pretty much on time and they get everyone out of there by 11pm.

Air was good. The set was about all you can ask for. But G-d Efn damn if Terminal 5 doesn't suck the life blood out of every band. Why does sound go to Terminal 5 to die a miserable death? You think Bowery Presents has enough millions to hire a sound engineer to look into the problem. Who the hell owns this company? I'd like to write them a letter.
I've seen Air in open air arenas with 20,000 people and even saw them outdoors at Coachella. Guess where the sound was the worst?

you have an old browswer, the redesign doesn't allow for easy viewing. all text gets shifted to the left and overflows on the green gradient.

I recommend you try "ProSwitcher" combined with "backgrounder" on a jailbroken iPhone 3GS if you want to convince yourself that it is technically possible to make the switching between multitasked apps seamless, while keeping the UI very clean and nice to play with.
