LCD Soundystem (if you're lucky), Hold Steady & Willie Nelson tickets on sale

Ticketmaster is being screwy. Some people can get LCD Soundsystem tickets. Some can't. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to why except that I think Ticketmaster screws up when they list a show a few minutes before it goes on sale. When a show gets listed it has to pass through their zillion identical servers and it isn't on all of them yet.

Tickets go on AmEx & "Fan Club" presale at 10am for the Hold Steady show at Beacon Theatre, and I agree, it's weird that they're playing a seated venue.

Tickets go on AmEx & 'Fan Club' presale at 10am for the acoustic Willie Nelson show at Grand Ballroom. This will probably be a seated show (Grand Ballroom can go either way).

TM came thru for LCD but it's screwing up royally for the Hold Steady. so if TM is screwing up for you, it's not just your computer.

Took several minutes but got Hold Steady tickets. good ones. It's a dicey game with the servers as they try to filter out scalpers...I guess...

Took a bit longer than the usual wait for a THS show for the tix to be "found." Kinda unexpected, actually. When I clicked continue to pay, I got a server error with a link to go back to the events page. I clicked back instead and my tix were still there. Ultimately went through. Urrgh.

Missed out on LCD tix, but I'm gonna try and grab them at Music Hall. Let's hope that works, as this show looks awesome.
