Ghostface

"Ladies and gents, the rumors are true/false/sortakinda accurate, depending on your sources: legendary Wu Tang member Ghostface Killah, Outback Steakhouse-promoting psychedelic indie outfit Of Montreal, and remixing/upcoming Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa will play Bacchanal on Saturday, April 24th." [The Bwog]
Columbia University's Spring concert begins at at 6 PM, and this year's theme is "Chewbacchanal".

it sucks anyway

Is the IDing strict? Will non-Columbians be able to get in?

More importantly, will Of Montreal do a headlining show before/after for non-Columbians?

it's impossible to enforce cuid only on this; it's an outdoor event and they tried that last year (on the material they passed along to students), but they didn't check ids.

hence, if you show up, you'll be fine.

i think since this is a night show they might close the gates

Close the gates? So non Columbia students will be locked in all night? WTF

Posted by Anonymous | April 5, 2010 12:40 PM

yeah; they won't close the gates to the campus to support a show on the steps that maybe 1,000 kids will show up to. i don't even think that many showed up for vampire weekend last year.

when the national and grizzly bear played a few years ago (albeit inside), only 100 or so kids showed up.
