Was her heart beating like a hammer? Cause that's a great metaphor!

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 9:36 AM

I agree 100 percent with 8:38!

Your band is so much better than my band.... STFU

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 10:08 AM

Are there only three people in Bear in Heaven now?

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 10:15 AM

all similes are metaphors, but not all metaphors are similes.

I like Metric but not at Terminal 5 thanks.

I actually do like Metric (I think it's just me left), but man, what a sad little setlist. Kind of glad I didn't shell out the $$$ after all.

Finally she's wearing a bra. Now do smth about your face darling and we're cool.

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 10:49 AM

i think she's sexy.

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 11:15 AM

the setlist looks short, but when Metric play, they extend every song. Dead Disco was around 9 minutes long. Total set time was about 1.5 hours

this band..I mean christ, talk about rewarding mediocrity

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 11:36 AM

"Moreover, metaphor also denotes rhetorical figures of speech that achieve their effects via association, comparison, and resemblance, e.g. antithesis, hyperbole, metonymy, and simile; all are species of metaphor."

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 2:54 PM

metric are not mind blowing, but better than most of the bands mentioned on BV. and c'mon, emily is hot.

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 3:23 PM

^^ if you like chicks with Jay Leno chin

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 3:45 PM

oh man this band became successful so now I'm gonna spend my whole day commenting about how much they suck. this is why I love BV

Posted by Anonymous | May 18, 2010 3:59 PM

Metric is a good band. And Emily is great in concert, she's electric, whether you think she's hot or not.

Don't be harsh without reason. Shell out the cash to see them in concert or spend time listening to their albums, then give a LEGIT reason as to why you don't like them.
