Come a long way from opening at the Seaport before a relative handful of people.

last year i was on the rail for the xx at seaport with zero effort.

This year, I'll have to get to central park an hour or two before gates open just to get in to see them!

That's funny, "zero effort" is how I felt about the xx's seaport show last year too.

Is there a band any worse suited for an outdoor show than the XX?

Posted by Anonymous | May 4, 2010 3:56 PM

it IS amazing that a band played to a few people at seaport before they released an album. Then they released an album and more people liked them!

Whatever, I WAS THERE.

Guess you guys missed them at the what, 50 or so shows they've played in NYC the last 12 months?

For real, The XX show at Summerstage was great and no mention here. For shame.

Posted by Anonymous | August 11, 2010 4:01 PM

Yeah I know, this is a lowpoint BV. Summerstage show was incredible.

Posted by Anonymous | August 11, 2010 4:49 PM
