Will be there and can't fucking wait! This show is going to be the JAM! I saw Foxy Shazam and the Knit a while back and they are a perfect match for the Dolls. Haven't seen Karen Black, but there is some intriguing photos of their show flying around that have me all a twitter(TITTER! HA!)

Great show but not sure what was worse, the incredibly poor sound at Warsaw or the feeling of uncomfortable-ness when the guy from Shazam leaped from the stage on to the floor a second time after the first attempt end so horribly. When the Dolls came on "Looking for a Kiss" sounded like 40 garbage trucks racing down a pothole ridden BQE during a 4th of July fireworks display at LaGuadia Airport. There soundman should be sent back to his day job at the Helen Keller Intitue immediately. The Karen Black new stuff sounded ready for radio also.

Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie were really good albums. Got them when they came out, still throw them on at times and think they're great. It saddens me when I hear bands from that era when I was a teenager and hear their new stuff and it's so clear how they've lost it, they sound desperate to recapture a sound/magic that they haven't had in 15 years (holy shit).... And then I realize that is not unlike a lot of us.
