anyone have set times for converge?

Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2010 3:37 PM

Knox benefit. I actually have a ticket I can't use because of work and would give it to anyone for what it cost $75, but don't think they will let me transfer it?

Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2010 3:50 PM

Thats rough. Im sitting next to someone who would gladly buy that ticket for $75, but the organizers arent letting anyone transfer tickets. Bummer.

Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2010 3:59 PM

That is a bummer. I would gladly buy it from you if you can figure out a way to let them transfer it

Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2010 4:03 PM

Seriously, if a dude isn't looking to profit, what's the transfer beef?

Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2010 5:38 PM

Expectations met and exceeded. It was genuine. The only word that comes to mind is 'genuine.'

Went to go see the New Pornographers show up in Woodstock. Wow. It was hands down, the best I've seen them EVER. Neko was singing like she was on fire, Dan Bejar was into it and engaging (as much as you can expect him to be), and Kathryn has really come into her own as a necessary help to the band. Also, the cellist helps!

Setlist:

Up in the Dark
Myriad Harbour
Use It
Crash Years
All the Old Showstoppers
Challengers
Your Hands (Together)

exceeded expectations. it was absolutely incredible.

i'm a 37 year old (non-emo) man, and that's the first time i've teared up at a concert since i was a teenager. worth all the hassle, money (for a great cause) and speculation/concern about whether it was going to be a trainwreck or not.
