Amber of Jucifer is electric!

Jucifer‘s twitter bio describes their stage setup as “63 speakers + 6,000 watts can’t be wrong.” But it can be wrong; loud definitely doesn’t always equal good. Fortunately in Jucifer’s case, it does, and the band turned out Union Pool on June 26th as part of the Northside Fest (after Floor at Europa) with a molotov cocktail of doom, black metal, and general malady culled from their recent Throned in Blood.

Jucifer was supported by Reading PA’s Gloominous Doom, who churned out an early potpourri of various styles of metal, venturing into punk and even ska. Unfortunately, no pics of Gloom Doom, but tons more pics of Jucifer are below, who are currently heading to the Great White North to test power grids with their bowel-shaking metal.
