Brooklyn duo Von Haze release their self-titled EP, out next week on Hippos in Tanks. They're at Union Pool tonight.

Tony Allen (Fela drummer) has two shows today - a free set at noon at BAM and a night show at (Le) Poisson Rouge with Janka Nabay (who now has Skeletons as his backup band) and DJ Rich Medina.

Ted Leo is filming a video at the Bell House before the in-store at Generation Records.
