Hmmm I wonder if he'll join Arcade Fire on stage....

Wondering the same thing.

Why are there two openers for a band headlining MSG? Shouldn't AF be able to handle things themselves?

Owen Pallett is a very impressive musician. Arcade Fire is overrated. Dirty Projectors, and the National make good music, but they don't have good sound when they perform live. I warn you that they can be quite disappointing live.

Arcade Fire might have bitten off more than they can chew by doing two nights at MSG. When I tried to get tickets for the supposedly sold out Aug 4th show, I was easily able to.

C'mon, Owen, make the drive to Philly.

12:55-- looks like they actually released some pretty great seats for both shows today.

as of yesterday the first show was totally sold out (except singles), and the best you could get for the second show was the 300 section. i just did a search today and was able to pull up 100 section seats for the first show and double digit section "loge" seats for the second.

if you didn't get tix yet... today is a good time to do so.

@1239 Im prety sure that adding FF will probably only add about 100 people that were on the fense about going.

I just wanna know where the secret Aug 3rd show is?

Aug 3...Owen Pallett? Maybe he will play Mercury Lounge?

reminds me of the first time I saw AF at the Bowery back in 05... Owen opened then as well.

There will very likely be club dates around the Sept 11 show, but they can't be announced because of Bowery's no-compete requirement.

What time is Owen Pallett going off?
