The best part of Siren is after most of the rollies have left and you're hanging out at Ruby's at 11pm with a bunch of hot messes about to go destroy someone on the bump-your-ass-off bumper cars.

The best part of Siren is after all the hipsters have gone home, and you stumble with 10 people to the Wonder Wheel and make your friend who's scared of heights go in one of the rolling cars

The sound at the beginning of the Holy Fuck set was so bad that I considered leaving (they were the main reason I went in the first place). The sound guys figured it out somewhat about 15 minutes in, but yeah... fail sound guys.

sound always sucks at this thing, main reason i passed on it this year. not gonna be one of those 'bitching about a free show' peeps, but they never seem to have good sound. it's fine if you want to just hang with friends with some decent music in background, but if you come to really HEAR the bands (as I did by myself last year for Built to Spill) it's disappointing. Oh well, still a free show in Coney Island, hope everyone had fun...
