WE NEED A DRIVE LIKE JEHU REUNION

Posted by Anonymous | July 14, 2010 8:55 AM

I remember homeboy saying he'd do it for like $250K.

I WISH I was around for this.

We NEED a Rocket from the Crypt reunion!

Posted by p | July 14, 2010 10:03 AM

you're all idiots, we need a hot snakes reunion the most.

Posted by d | July 14, 2010 10:44 AM

why do you need a reunion? you didnt see them the first time around?

Posted by Anonymous | July 14, 2010 11:05 AM

Hot Snakes barely toured. How many New York shows did they do? 4-5?

Posted by Anonymous | July 14, 2010 11:13 AM

10:44

obviously you don't realize how much greater Jehu were than Hot Snakes.

you must now be forced to wear your ironic scarf the rest of the summer.

i saw hot snakes at their first show at mercury lounge, then village underground, knitting factory, and their final show at bowery was by far their best i saw.

i dunno, ive been listening to jehu/rocket since 1993 and i probably would want a rocket reunion then hot snakes and then jehu.

They also played North Six.

Posted by Anonymous | July 14, 2010 11:29 AM

Hot Snakes played AT LEAST 4 tours that hit the east coast.

Posted by Anonymous | July 14, 2010 11:32 AM

I didn't realize 4-5 nyc shows was considered so few for a band that was essentially a side project with members living on opposite coasts.

i too saw bowery show. when they played 'plenty for all' i thought my head was going to explode.

I lived in fucking FLORIDA and saw Hot Snakes twice. if you need a Hot Snakes Reunion you had better be 13 years old or living in Wyoming.

I'm enjoying the fact that the typical BV bickering on this posting is all regarding which great thing was better, and that everyone seems to like all the music created by Jehu/Rocket/Hot Snakes etc.
