Who's up for a (mini) roadtrip? Philadelphians Vindensång will team up with Canada's Musk Ox and Belgians Sequences for a night of blackened neofolk/ambient darkness in Philadelphia at The Rotunda tonight, August 14th. The rare, one-off appearances from Musk Ox and Sequences are their only US dates in the forseeable future, and is the first ever live appearance of Vindensang. Tickets are on sale.
For more on Sequences, head to their bandcamp page where all of their releases are up for free download including their latest, Vessel of The Earth, a collaborative LP with Anji Cheung. Musk Ox dropped their self-titled LP in 2009 via Absurdist Records. Dig on "The Origin-The Point of Return" from Vindensång's latest release, Terminus: Rebirth in Eight Parts..., above.
