Thor of Shearwater/Swans (more by Chris Graham)

Behind those long golden tresses and rugged good looks, Thor is a warrior. Before, in-between and following appearances at 'Matador at 21' and Austin City Limits, the Shearwater percussionist will play dates with the reactivated Swans (tickets are still available to their show at Brooklyn Masonic Temple on 10/8).

After the North American Swans dates, that last through the end of October, Thor will go BACK on the road with Shearwater for a string of November dates with Damien Jurado. That hits Music Hall of Williamsburg on November 12th (tickets are on sale). After that, Thor heads to Europe with Swans.

Dear Hummus and Meh guy,
before you comment, let me just say this: go outside, make friends, get laid, start a hobby. Im sick of seeing you dumb ass comments.

6:18 You're just like the George W. Bush haters: You say you can't stand them, yet you obsess over them and think about them constantly. If you hate something, wouldn't it make more sense to spend less time thinking about it? What you've actually done here is completed the hummus/meh guy's task for him--you've become his agent. You say you hate him, yet here you are talking about him and he's not even here.

I gave up being frustrated at hummus prick, especially when I found out he is a 14 year old boy!

Ignore trolls, people! Nothing else to do.

9:13 AM 8/26--That reminds me! If you plan on bringing your favorite chickpea-based snack dip to your next concert outing, be sure to bring along a dishcloth or paper towel so that you can wipe up the crumbs!

is the swans show tonight sold out??

Posted by Anonymous | October 8, 2010 12:46 PM

Yea. Masonic is sold out. Bowery is sold out too.
Best bet for entry now is to bribe the doorman with chickpea based snacks and hope that they are hungry.
