Rob Fish OF 108
108

After a bit of a false alarm, Rob Fish is BACK in 108 and BrooklynVegan and 1000 Knives are proud to present their return with Ensign and Incendiary at Cake Shop on January 8, 2011! Tickets are on sale, and going FAST. The show is part of a short tour that will be announced soon.

The band released the excellent 18.61 earlier this year on Deathwish Records.

I'm against the idea of having to get tickets in advance for a 108/Ensign show.

It's nothing new for hardcore bands. When there's a high demand for a show, it makes sense to put tickets onsale in advance. Better than showing up the day of and getting turned away because it's sold out. Especially if there's people travelling from far away. Tickets are going fast already.

108? Grow up dudes!

YEAH! total bullshit that someone has the balls to make sure people get into a show that is going to sell out and possibly hook up another show right after to ensure the fact the first one might sell out.. i hate that guy!! boo him!

that is a god damn PERFECT show. short and sweet line up of 2 amazing old bands and a new band that deserves the opening slot, intimate venue, and everyone knows 1000 knives knows how to run a show.

I used to love 108 in 1991 when I was 14. Now.... not so much. I'm not quite so angry anymore..

We get it guys, you used to slightly be into hardcore and now you're not. Must you comment on every hardcore-related post? "It's angry, sweaty dudes..." blah blah blah.

I caught that last 108 show they did @ Santos. It was really, really good. Incredibly loud as well. The windows at the venue were shaking!
