Nothing is private, it's 2010 and this is the internet.

That is one laughable press photo. The back of the hand to the chin--that's what ruined it.

What happened to the Stereogum top 40 post, huh? Riddle me that, BrooklynVegan.

The back of my hand to your chin could only help you.

Posted by Anonymous | September 2, 2010 2:24 PM

actually, I think that's a great picture. Most press photos suck, this one is well done.

Not so great, they should have done a picture of her topeless with her hair covering her nipples, i.e. a "Frankie Rose".

Rachel is an amazing artist who will shine tonight at The Knitting Factory ... and come Monday, accompanied by Sleepy Sun - that place is going to be rubble!

"The back of my hand to your chin could only help you."

I can take it. Still doesn't obscure the truth. Sorry you can't take that.

Hummus Mehs are way better.

Honestly, it astounds me that Apse are so "underground", considering what great albums "Spirit", "Eras" and -to a lesser degree- "Climb Up" are.

They're much better -in my opinion- than many other groups on the indie circuit, and yet have never gotten the attention or reviews deserved, oddly.

And no, I'm not in their band.
