Tickets are still available for Blonde Redhead's November 3rd show with Pantha Du Prince at Webster Hall, but they added another happening one day later at the same venue. Tickets for the November 4th show go on sale Friday at noon (AmEx presale begins Wednesday at noon).

pitchfork is wrong about the new record. that rating is insulting to this band. they give shitty hip hop records a better grade.

Couldn't agree more. I've listened to the album numerous times, and while I don't think anyone would consider it their strongest outing, that rating is pure garbage. A 4.0 should be reserved for the worst of the worst, for albums that are borderline unlistenable. This is not that type of album. It is certainly an insult to the band.
