Minus The Bear at Webster Hall (more by Matthew Eisman)
Minus The Bear

After headlining Webster Hall in July, Minus The Bear has stepped it up by scheduling a show at Terminal 5 on December 4th with The Whigs as part of a larger East Coast jaunt. Tickets go on sale on sale Friday, October 1st at noon ($25.50 advance / $30 day of show).

The band is touring off of their new and biggest LP yet, Omni, and will hit the road in middle October for a string of West Coast dates before hopping the pond to do Europe with Jimmy Eat World and then back to the US for some East Coast love.

All tour dates and some video of the band on Jimmy Kimmel Live is below...

Or you can say they downgraded to Terminal 5 if you look at it from the audience's perspective.

"used to be good... bro-fest"

Never been a big fan of these guys, but I'm glad I don't choose music to listen to according to who else is listening to it like the guy above (and most people).

how in any way did i say that? i enjoy their first 2 albums. i don't like the most recent two.

the show at webster hall was not enjoyable because of the drunk immature bros surrounding me, and the abundance of songs of the last 2 records played. i don't think the new album sucks because bros like it. i think it sucks because well...it just isn't a good album. idiot.

I saw them a couple years ago in Indianapolis when they were I think we're on Braid's reunion tour or something to that effect but, they were great live that I bought Highly Refined Pirates at the show and every album after has been as lackluster as the last.
