Listen mr 4:21... There is no such thing as a hummus "quip"
Some of us enjoy the flavor of chickpeas, some of us enjoy the consistency, and some of us find the tan color to be utterly beautiful.
We are a friendly bunch, and would appreciate you to keep your negativity directed towards bands on these comment boards.

I don't even know if hummus will be available here. Afterall, there is no "baking" involved in the preparation of hummus, unless there is some exotic preparation that I am unaware of. Does anyone here know of such a recipe? I'd love to hear about it!

Hummus > Cookies
They clearly made an error in their marketing.

Baked Hummus Recipe
First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place your pita or pitas on a baking sheet. You can use any flavor of pita, but I specifically recommend whole wheat as a healthy choice. Next, put a thick layer of hummus on top of the pita. Use any flavor of hummus that you'd like - they all work great! Place your veggies on top of the hummus. I recommend zucchini, corn and olives, but there are lots of other alternatives to choose from as well. Peppers, tomato and eggplant are great alternatives. Season the pitas to your liking. I like to add pepper and garlic powder. Minced garlic is also delicious. Place the pitas in the oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. When they are done, remove the pitas from the oven. Let them cool for a few minutes and serve. These are great with a side of carrots or other veggies.

Thanks 6:26!
I just made a batch. (Though I didn't have any olives handy) But it sure was delicious. My neighbor down the hall stopped over because she said something smelled really good, and I gave her a sample. It could be the beginning of a new romance.
