"An estimated 200,000 people journeyed the grounds of Zilker Park this weekend for the Austin City Limits Music Festival.Friday pictures HERE. Lucero HERE. The xx HERE. Mayer Hawthorne HERE, the rest of the Saturday HERE, Flaming Lips HERE, and the rest of the pictures from Sunday (and the conclusion of our 2010 Austin City Limits coverage), below...The descent of the iconic guitar sign Monday signified the end of an incredibly successful ACL Music Festival, and with eight stages and 130 bands, clean up is expected to take the rest of the week.
"This year's ACL was one of the best. The weather was incredible," City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department spokesperson Victor Ovalle said.
The show's producer, C3 Presents, takes care of cleaning up Zilker Park, and the city sends crews into the surrounding neighborhoods to remove any trace of music fans who know how to have a good time.
After C3 Presents leaves the park later this week, fertilizing and watering the grass will city's number one priority." [News 8 Austin]

No thanks. Too many snazzy performers with their shabby 25 year old brand new beards and then the Eagles at hotel crapafornia. Is mister Sharpe a Krishna devotee cultist?
No I say post some more Comic Con pictures instead with people who are maybe more humble.

After Looking at all these Pics I had a totally different ACL experience, for all 3 days. where are all the Pics of the best stage there?, The Tent. Nortec Collective, Beats Antique, Trombone Shorty, Robert Randolph, Kinky. These were the best parties all weekend, and very few Phish pics. Flaming Lips and Gogol Bordello were good too.
All these Hipster buzz bands have no energy and are annoying to watch in the Hot sun. They are filler for an otherwise cool lineup.

No is Alex Ebert a newbie krishna devotee rambling apple pie like Banhart. I'm sure a guru would love a little house boy servant who could sell trinkets, incense, and round up the flock.
Even Hindus from India know that is prevalent around in the U.S. and India. After all the great film maker David Lynch has been lured by the Transcendental meditation foundation bringing people in for hundreds of dollars to learn how to meditate. That's a joke. You don't pay to do that. But I digress.
