watch Bill 'Drinking with Lykke Li'

Right before Lykke Li performed at Le Poisson Rouge last Wednesday (12/1), I spent a few minutes talking with her on camera about her new album, Wounded Rhymes. It was for Kanon Organic Vodka's "Drinking with the Band" video series, and you can watch it over at Kanon's blog. We also have her try a couple cocktails that were created and named after Lykke Li songs. There's also footage of Lykke performing "I'm Good I'm Gone" and some shots from the posh afterparty at Soho Grand.

And as we mentioned before, Lykke Li will be coming back for a North American tour in the spring, including stops at Webster Hall on May 17 and May 18. All announced 2011 tour dates are below.

Yes, Bill is a really good guy and probably has more music knowledge than anyone writing for the music blogs. But that interview is an shameless shill for Kanon vodka. Come on Bill, really?

Now was their shots at the posh Soho after party,
or photos of posh people drinking expensive vodka cocktails named after a singer to create revenue at a trendy hotel?
