I've seen Cut Copy at Bowery Ballroom or was it Webster Hall? Either way, it was one big Karaoke Show. So disappointing.

because you say so? so far i've been to several shows there and never did I have a bad time. It is not ideal for sound but it is a great party, if you are not short

We all know where the hummus guy is going to be next sniffing lines of hummus off of pita triangles.

I really like Cut Copy, but does anyone else feel like their live shows are too similar to the the albums? They don't have too much of an improvisational feel. I saw them at the waterfront this summer and it was good, but didn't ever make the leap to a great live show.

And T5 totally blows.

^agreed. Saw that in Boston on the Ghost Coulours tour and there were times when the bass player's motions were not in sync with the bass sounds. That being said, it's still a fun dance party, but this time around there are plenty of other shows to choose from.

Btw, new album is boring.

Their live shows can vary a little bit in quality. When I saw them at Coachella, it was one of the best live shows i'd seen/heard. But I was pretty underwhelmed by their last two NYC shows at Webster and at the waterfront.
