Got great seats for the 2nd night, EE orchestra left. Got great for 1st night as well. Can't complain.

Posted by Ben | February 4, 2011 12:37 PM

Mumford and Sons should be headlining, not opening.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 12:39 PM

M&S have May open in their tour schedule, so that would work. Would be stoked for that lineup, talk about a hootenanny. Woot!

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:19 PM

@12:59, where is it "confirmed"?

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:26 PM

I read it on Paste Magazine's website.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:31 PM

link to paste?

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:35 PM

Where on Paste's site? Dont see anything mentioning the Foxes' opening acts anywhere.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:36 PM

Would love to see Cass McCombs open for them. Guess I'll have to wait and see!

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 1:55 PM

The info about openers is not confirmed, whomever is writing that is lying. I wish it were true, but that's still just a rumor.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:04 PM

why you playing with my emotions, smokey?

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:07 PM

They aren't even on the same label. I'm guessing Mumford opening is about as likely as my gf letting me get her rear entry.

Posted by Cuse | February 4, 2011 2:09 PM

who said you have to be on the same label to open for a band? have you ever been to a concert before?

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:11 PM

Wait, is the mumford rumor even close to true? I'd love to buy tickets for me and my dad if it is, but I already bougt first day tickets =/

Posted by Michael | February 4, 2011 2:12 PM

I think this is the only post on BV where the readers have been clueless to all the rampant awful Mumford jokes around here in recent days.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:12 PM

Don't listen to this dumbass posting about Mumford everywhere now.

They suck balls and they won't be opening for fleet foxes.

Fuckin Mumford is wayyy bigger than FF

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:12 PM

Same label helps...when the band supposedly opening is opener worthy themselves.

Anyway, not happening.

Posted by Cuse | February 4, 2011 2:12 PM

Errr, headliner worthy.

Posted by Cuse | February 4, 2011 2:16 PM

Whoever is spreading these rumors better stop it! I got so excited when I heard Mumford and Sons was opening and now its not true so I'm gonna have to sell my tickets to this. Thanks a lot you lying bastards.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:23 PM

WOO SO EXCITED. Excited my seats suck and you can't hear anything in UP. but whatever

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:27 PM

cant you people realize that some idiot keeps making Mumford & Sons comments on BV.. he;s trying to take it to the hummus or meh level but he's not clever enough

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:29 PM

Please don't let it be mumford & sons they are terrible

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 2:59 PM

Friday night is open on the schedule.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 4:01 PM

god damn, there are some fucking retarded people out there.

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 4:22 PM

...but Mumford & Sons are so BAD...wth people...

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 5:03 PM

MEMEford & Sons

Posted by Anonymous | February 4, 2011 5:20 PM

@3:35 Theres no reason for a third show when the 2nd is not even sold out. That would also give them shows 5 nights in a row. Not conducive to good shows every night.

Posted by Anonymous | February 5, 2011 4:45 PM

Horrible show. Sound was awful. I couldn't see, couldn't hear and the NY crowd sucked. Someone told me to be quiet in between a song when I was speaking quietly to the person next to me. Someone else said "are you going to sit like that all night because I can't see."

Checker Cab Beer is worse that a skunked, warm Icehouse with a cigarette butt in it.

Worst money ever spent on a show.

Pretentious, uptight hipster losers ran wild...

Have a beer and enjoy it is a concert not a feature film. Life and music is not that serious.

NY sucks.

Good band though...
