No Age at Don Hills (more by Leia Jospe)
No Age

In an impressive sweep of additions, both No Age and Baths will join on to Cold War Kids' upcoming show at Radio City Music Hall on March 24th. Tickets are still available.

The Radio City date is one of three NYC shows scheduled for Baths at the moment. The band is on tour with Braids all of this month and will play Knitting Factory on 2/12 (tickets) and Mercury Lounge on 2/16 (tickets).

The Cold War Kids recently dropped their new LP Mine Is Yours, and performed "Louder Than Ever" on Jimmy Kimmel last week (1/26). All tour dates for all bands and some videos (including No Age's new one for 'Fever Dreaming", and the CWK Kimmel clip) are below.

maybe i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure radio city is about as fun to see a show as T5

I heard Cold War Kids have a new album out. Not sure where I got that info.

Do Cold War Kids have a big enough draw to fill 1/5 of Radio City? Are people going to pay around $50 to see No Age in an oversized venue?

I'm starting to think the whole "indie bands --> giant, world-famous venues" thing is a terrible idea.

Low ticket sales I presume? Though Cold War Kids have sold out T5 twice.

Cold War Kids are getting a lot of radio buzz now since they're on a major label and their new album was produced by the same guy who does Kings of Leons albums. It's gotten bad reviews but that pretty much means they're more likely to have great success with getting a huge audience.

I thought Cold War Kids got really popular a few years ago?

Cold War Kids are so terrible. Would love to see No Age and Baths play somewhere else without them.

Baths are good to be on this bill since that what Bowery Presents will be taking on this Radio City show...

This new cold war kids album is really bad. Im not just saying that because pitchfork told me to say that. By comparison the new Boxer Rebellion, also produced by a Kings of Leon producer (granted not Jacquire King), sounds just as polished but is prety decent.

No Age haven't been good for many years now

Posted by Anonymous | February 1, 2011 4:05 PM

you could prob sell just as many/if not more tix to radio city if it was just baths and no age and tix were 18 dollars.
ok maybe no but doesnt that seem about 1,000time better than this shit deal? would love to see no age at radio city or anywhere, but this is garbage.

Not shelling out $50 just to see No Age. I hope they schedule a solo show.

Todd P, please book a 2nd No Age show

It boggles my mind how Cold War Kids can headline Radio City and sell out T5.

This is of course coming from someone whose taste of them was when they opened for Muse back in 2007.

Posted by Anonymous | February 1, 2011 4:36 PM
