Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 11:31 AM

@11:31- you're right, MEHynard James Keenan would have been much better?

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 11:35 AM

Will go only if they play the first record front to back.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 11:35 AM

@11:31 you totally missed the point of how little fuck I give about this gang of homo geezers. Couldn't play then, can't play now (and they need Geritol in between numbers)

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 11:39 AM

No Chicago Date and tour ends 7/31...wonder if they will go to Lollapallooza?

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 11:39 AM

James Iha: also available for weddings, bar mitzvahs, chili cookoffs and lead guitar in YOUR band.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 12:12 PM

Are these the bad guys from the least imaginative James Bond movie yet?

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 12:21 PM

mysterious off dates August 3rd to August 8th.

Wonder if they squeeze in LOLLAPALOOZA between Denver and Pittsburgh in 6 days? Lolla is the 5th-7th I believe.

So, it's pretty obvious if they're skipping Chicago headline they will be at Lolla.

Eminem, Foo Fighters, Muse, A Perfect circle ALL CONFIRMED.

I think the other 2 headliners end up being System of a Down and Lil' Wayne. to round out the 2 nightly headliners for all 3 days.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 12:27 PM

Agreed 11:35

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 12:30 PM

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 1:43 PM

Oh yeahh APC!! Lol Keenan always has some weird style going on. But damn his voice is the best.

Posted by Bulk | March 21, 2011 1:49 PM

Regardless of your musical preference...they're a tight band with good if not great audio production on their albums. Thick.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 1:51 PM

APC is to music what Keanu Reaves is to acting. Meh Meh double Meh!

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 1:59 PM

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 2:16 PM

Preston Lacy flavored hummus .... not so yum

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 2:42 PM

I would rather be forced to eat strips of papaya that were pissed on by a grizzly bear then run between the toes of a homeless person than to be forced to attend this show

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 2:47 PM

^ Good thing no one's forcing you- wait....

I think I hear the SWAT team coming!

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 3:57 PM

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 4:04 PM

SWEET!!!

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 4:16 PM

These guys act like there doing something really unconventional and groundbreaking.
Cheesy rock.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 4:49 PM

I'm assuming this is a Live Nation show so, maybe, we all have a chance at getting tickets since Bowery Presents usually sells about 1/2 of theirs on StubHub to begin with.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 5:00 PM

elements of cheese? sure. but mer de noms is still a legendary album.

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 6:09 PM

^^ and here we are, back a Cheese Doodles. See how it all fits together, kids?

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 6:13 PM

no elements of cheese whatsoever. go listen to MGMT for your daily does of cheese

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 6:28 PM

Posted by Anonymous | March 21, 2011 10:52 PM

This has to be the worst band photo ever. And James Iha stalks young girls. I mean, I definitely know that he use to. Doubt much has changed for a guy like him.

6:15 sounds wonderful

Posted by Anonymous | March 22, 2011 6:16 PM

no Paz? She made the band.

Posted by Anonymous | March 22, 2011 7:23 PM

It always cracks me up when losers who have accomplished nothing have such criticism for the creative and talented. While you're wasting time being a sellout, they will be selling out shows as soon as tickets go on sale.

Posted by Anonymous | April 12, 2011 4:39 PM

I'm pretty sure none of you douchebags will be missed at the shows. Lol

Posted by Anonymous | April 12, 2011 4:42 PM

if you'll read carefully, you'll see that a lot of the comments are not for the creative and talented. the comments are for APC and their douchebag fans (like yourself.)

Posted by Anonymous | April 12, 2011 4:44 PM

Go play your old n'sync and Backstreet boys albums fag.

Just saw APC in Boston...and it was the most anti-climactic show of any music group I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot over the years). If I was sitting down, I may have fallen asleep. They didn't even try. Maynard didn't even really sing. They barely played anything from Mer de Noms and when they did they remixed it so heavily that it was too mellow for my gf to even recognize her favorite APC song (3 Libras). Such a disappointing show. If you don't have tickets, you're in good shape. If you do, I'd probably sell them fast. Seriously. I've been to over a dozen Tool shows, a couple APC shows and a Puscifer show and this was just a sad let down - all the other shows were awesome. And Josh Freese wasn't on the drums either. This drummer sucked...no energy either. I even noticed him mess up when he hesitated before the last part of one of the songs (and no, he wasn't hitting an up beat). Clearly Maynard's bank account is running dry. And/Or he's SEVERELY mellowed out since Tool came around last. Sincerely bummed out after tonight's show. I will now think long and hard before seeing Maynard perform live again in any capacity. I can't believe it's come to this. Such a disappointing night.

i got my money's worth - i thought it was a great show and maybe its because they like nyc better than boston

Posted by Anonymous | July 16, 2011 9:43 AM

I went to the Beacon show last night. There seemed to be little energy, too many covers and reworked versions of songs. It seemed to end abruptly and I don't know if I was just really drunk but...no encore either?
