Billy Bragg

IT IS WITH DEEP REGRET THAT I MUST CANCEL MY US TOUR
It is with deep regret that I must announce that I have had to cancel my US tour, which was due to start in Brownfield, Maine, on 24th March. My mother was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and her health has deteriorated to such a critical extent in the past week that I am now unable to fulfill these dates. As her life slips away, I feel that my place is by her side.

Details of rescheduled dates and/or refunds will be available soon.

Billy Bragg

Billy was scheduled to play City Winery in NYC on March 29, 30 & 31.

That's too bad. Love and prayers to Billy's mom. I'm sure that given her advanced age the English health care system will rush her right in for treatment ... oh, that's right. Must save the treatment for the moronic unemployed 20-ish dweebs.

You're not very familiar with Billy Bragg's politics, are you?

I dont really see 12:34's point. Something ignorant about death panels. My Grandad in England gets fucking perfect care, which he has paid for with his taxes all his life. Me in America i can't go Dr unless there is something seriously wrong and then I still have to pay even though I am paying more for private insurance than a Brit is for public.

so move to fuckin' England, skippy. what are you doing here if it sucks so bad?

Sorry to hear about this, Billy. And if you're actually reading this, sorry that you had to read these shitty comments.
