Black & Blue Bowl secret guest: Chris DeBurgh!

SOIA is gonna be on the Superbowl, it's a given. They dont wanna announce it yet, out of fear of taking away from ticket sales for their 25th anniversary show.

Bottom Out is too young and inexperienced to be playing this. Those kids are gonna be lost playing on such a big stage, plus they sound generic enough as it is.

i always preferred CIV

Fuck. On Memorial Day weekend? That sucks.

Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2011 11:35 AM

Memorial Day festivities are for Jocks.

Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2011 11:42 AM

"Memorial Day festivities are for Jocks."

Are you married with kids (if you were listening to GB back in the day, you probably are)? Holiday weekends are no longer yours. :)

Actually, wasn't the 2006 show during Labor Day weekend?

WORSE THAN FUCKING HITLER

Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2011 12:00 PM

It was on Memorial Day weekend in 2009 also. Quit bitching. Wherever you wanted to vacation to, that place will still be there after Memorial weekend. Superbowl is only once a year.

fuck on memorial day weekend sucks? mmmk.

Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2011 12:25 PM

You know looking back after all these years 'Start Today' isn't all that good.

Posted by Anonymous | March 2, 2011 1:12 PM

AF = hasn't been good since 'one voice'. does stigma even play his guitar anymore? he air-guitared during his last days in Madball.

GB = saw them at CB's for the Raybeez memorial show. couldn't care about them these days. they should just play 'distance' over and over. hope they re-make their pizza shirt for the show too.

Absolution = is gonna be the band to see. let's hope Gavin uses something other than a JMP 45 for his amplification. his sound was too thin at the kf show some years ago.

new Rival Schools album is great btw.
