the Octopus Project in Austin in 2010 (more by Bryan Bruchman)

The Octopus Project are currently on the road, and later this month hook up with Devo for a string of dates followed by a bunch of shows with Explosions in the Sky in April. It's the latter that brings them to NYC on April 6th, but since Low and Eluvium are opening for EITS at Radio City Music Hall that night (tickets still on sale), the Octopus Project have scheduled their own headlining show at Music Hall of Williamsburg. Tickets go on AmEx presale at noon on Wed (3/2) and regular sale on Friday. All dates below....

Going from opening for Devo to opening for EITS couldn't be any more weird of a transition. Who booked that -- The same person who scheduled Decemberists and Wavves at Prospect Park? :D

Whoops, I meant Decemberists and Best Coast, but whatever... same diff.

Actually it was kind of funny since they got Best Coast and Wavves mixed up in the most unintentional yet fitting way.

I think we can all agree on this......
Octopus Project > Wavves > Best Coast

Octopus Project = Winning!

This photo is amazing proof of time travel. How did a woman playing the theremin in the 30's end up in 2010?

No, he meant spaghett: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyh3C1xDT3Y

Ugh. Pretentious, smarmy-looking woman trying to replicate a '20s summer-cottage fashion look, playing a theremin.
I could pick this apart at length, but why bother...

i think your post is way more pretentious than her dress
