Are James Blake tickets still going on sale today? There's nothing on ticketmaster or the webster hall site mentioning anything about it.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 11:54 AM

FTP need to raise their ticket prices...
idiots

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 11:55 AM

finally got me some tickets to something...

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:03 PM

FUCK YOU TICKETMASTER.

It confirmed my TVOTR tix, only to say there was an error on the last screen.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:05 PM

Wow, nice diss of GBV!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:05 PM

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:05 PM

FUCK YOU TICKETMASTER.

It confirmed my TVOTR tix, only to say there was an error on the last screen.

Me too :(

"It confirmed my TVOTR tix, only to say there was an error on the last screen."

Same thing happened to me - but I got an email confirm, though the TM website says otherwise."

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:06 PM

Just got some TVOR tickets! Word Word Word

Posted by The Real Real Yup. PERIOD | April 8, 2011 12:07 PM

Just got one for Bill Callahan at Bowery Ballroom. Gonna be awesome!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:16 PM

fuckin bs...TM would only let me buy one TVOTR tix and by the time (2 minutes later) my GF tried...NADA!

Posted by gunka | April 8, 2011 12:16 PM

Just got one for Bill Callahan at Bowery Ballroom. Gonna be awesome!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:17 PM

12:05 here:

I didn't get confirmation, nor did it say anything on my order history. I tried ANOTHER pair, and the same thing happened! I finally made it all the through on the third try, but it would only let me get one. What a fucking nightmare. Ticketmaster gets worse every day.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:17 PM

Just got one for Bill Callahan at Bowery Ballroom. Gonna be awesome!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:17 PM

So wait...did you get one for Bill Callahan, or, can you all meet up at the show?

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:19 PM

"It confirmed my TVOTR tix, only to say there was an error on the last screen."

Me too! Ticketmaster sucks for real...can we start a revolt or something?!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:22 PM

got a tv on the radio ticket after getting denied the first time!

prob snatched up one of those that couldnt check out completely

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:23 PM

Ticketmaster is the worst. Thankfully TVOTR made this show 2 tickets max, will-call only a week before the event, so at least we had a fighting chance. 550 capacity, maybe 1/3 of the tickets presale, a few more for the guest list and there was probably only 100-150 pairs of tickets available...if that.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:23 PM

I'd be happy to meet up with BV folks and get drunk at the Bill Callahan show

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:24 PM

I got two for the BC show at Bowery. Sickness.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:34 PM

got lucky with the TVOTR tickt, I guess.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:36 PM

hummus o))))

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:37 PM

People who have problems getting tickets must have hipster stink on them or alternatively bro brains. TV on the Radio is an easy grab.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:44 PM

Foster The People @ Bowery sold out, quickly. I got one at the box office because some dumbass's credit card probably dropped.

I like the band but, really? THAT many people care already?

MHOW is still available though.

Some dude at the box office was pissed because it was online only sale. What a dork!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:45 PM

I def got lucky with Ticketmaster....it usually hates me.

Posted by The Real Real Yup. PERIOD | April 8, 2011 12:45 PM

Scalpers love FOSTER THE PEOPLE already

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:49 PM

Surprised GBV at McCarren Park isn't listed.

Posted by citybug | April 8, 2011 12:59 PM

I'd love to buy tix today for a show (ANY show), but I'm saving up to donate to Frohawk's kickstarter campaign to press a 7"

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:59 PM

The Ticketmaster issues happened with me with FTP. Almost missed out on the tickets.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 12:59 PM

Got GBV and Dino Jr. Tix! Everything is cool! GET PSYCHED PEOPLE!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:12 PM

what happened to james blake?

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:16 PM

Callahan.. Monday & Tuesday. Even though the show's are in July I'm happy to have those tickets in hand now.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:21 PM

So....Wavves will be playing for 2 and half hours before GBV hits the stage at 7pm?

Gates 3pm / Guided By Voices 7pm SHARP. Rain or Shine Sat, June 18, 2011 4:00 PM (Doors: 3:00 PM)

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:30 PM

Wait... Foster the people have one decent song, what is all this hype about? DFA REMIX!!!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:32 PM

FTP are going to be huge after Coachella. Columbia Records will def. make sure of that, regardless of talent or body of work.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:36 PM

Re: James Blake at Webster

The show was originally listed on the Bowery Presents website and is now gone.

bowerypresents.com/event/6309 [what the show link used to be]

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:39 PM

STFU about James Blake. Booking probably fell through as sometimes happens. If you don't have tickets to Bowery or LPR you can do what all the other schmucks do and buy it from scalpers or find an extra.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:44 PM

Where are the Webster Hall tickets, James Murphy?!?!

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:47 PM

I meant Blake. Force of habit.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 1:47 PM

never heard of FTP, listened to that one song, sounds like every boring sleepy reverby song from the last 10 years. zzzzzzzzzzzz

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 2:00 PM

STIFF LITTLE FINGERS @ EUROPA ON SALE ALSO!
ALL AGES $20 www.ticketweb.com

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 2:05 PM

I heard Foster the People's set from SXSW and I really didn't think they were anything special. Too bad, I think 2/3 of the EP is really good.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 2:26 PM

Got my Dino Jr. tix. It will be good but not as good as LCD.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 2:37 PM

Dinosaur JR rocks so hard. One of my first shows....forever memorable.

Posted by The Real Real Yup. PERIOD | April 8, 2011 2:41 PM

dinosaur jr destroyed MHOW in 09, the day michael jackson died. i got fired from my job the next day. won't ever forget it.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 2:44 PM

2:05 - "all ages" as in the band must be over 60 years old?

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 3:08 PM

I can't go to the Hall Of Music Of Williamsburg of Anaheim.
I got my hipster passport confiscated when I admitted to liking Kiss as a kid.
Too bad, cause TVOTR kicks ASS.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 3:31 PM

TVOTR already sold out in Brooklyn.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 3:36 PM

I would hope so! Brooklyn's best should be able to blow through a couple thousand tix in 3 hours

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 3:46 PM

Agreed, but there are not a couple thousand seats at MHOW.

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 4:18 PM

FUCK

Posted by Anonymous | April 8, 2011 10:48 PM

Seeing Foster the People in Brooklyn and I can't wait! I found this new video with their song "Helena Beat" that's really interesting- check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBmw5G9H9co
