Check out EarthDayNY.org for a list of stuff happening in NYC on Friday and Saturday, including the annual EarthFair Outdoors at Grand Central Terminal which includes some free music. Tompkins Square Park is also hosting a free 'Rock Against Poverty' concert. Nothing that exciting.

BV, why add "Nothing that exciting" and possibly deter people from attending these free, socially-conscious events????

10:08, 10:55....in the spirit of Earth day, one can only pray that you start an electrical fire and burn down your sh!tty apartment. Cheers!

^ Cool. Since I'm moving out of my "shitty" apartment coming up, I can move into yours, turn all the lights on there, smoke like a fiend, order some McDonalds cheesburgers (with the old styrofoam containers, so I can toss them outside on the lawn), and use an extra can of hair spray (since my hair is getting longer anyway)! Cheers!

11:33,
I've been craving McDonalds all day for some reason. I wish they had those syrofoam containers still. I think I'll get some McNugs as well.
Is McRib still around these days?

McRib was back earlier this year. I ate 2 in one sitting. Here's a convenient McRib Locator. Seriously:

11:46: I think the McRib comes and goes. Sometimes you see it on the menu, sometimes you don't. I'm now reminded of the SNL sketch with Bill Clinton stopping by a McDonalds during a jogging run. It was awesome!

I disagree with the lights off day manifest. Is as questionable as a rock concert in a NYC park against poverty.
