I'm glad a photo was taken of that incredibly awful t shirt.

Loved the show last night. Tamaryn was surprisingly better than I would have expected after listening to the debut album a few times. The Raveonettes were fantastic.

one of your better sets amanda...in my opinion. Really like the shots of Tamaryn.

Great show! Saw Frohawk up front. He was crying at the end when they played My Time's Up

How does frohawk afford to go to so many shows?

Posted by Anonymous | April 22, 2011 5:31 PM

I think I would hit that. It all depends on my mood, what she's eaten for dinner, the weather, the season, how I'm feeling about myself, whether she likes cats or dogs, my level of intoxication, if she has an iphone, her skirt length, the bros who surround her, her level of interest in geo-politics, and her opinions on the age old Oasis vs Blur beef.

I would evaluate that data, have a smoke or two and then, perhaps, i would tap that ass.

To put to rest the mystery of how frohawk gets so many free passes is this:
As a young boy, frohawk travelled throughout the middle east and learned the craft of preparing amazing hummus platters. Prior to the concert, he contacts the tour manager and arranges to deliver his tan paste to the bands and they relish his concoctions with gusto. Then to show gratitude they offer him free tickets and whatnot for his delivery of phyto-nutrient goodness.

The use of the lighting in these amazing photographs is just magical. As someone said above, maybe Amanda's best work thus far.

why take pictures of audience members' faces? if someone did that to me while i was trying to enjoy myself i would pour my drink on their head. or their camera.

Shocked Tamaryn isn't bigger by now. Love that album

hey amanda, take a pic of 6:55 next time you're at a show - look for the guy with the giant douche on his face

Posted by Anonymous | April 22, 2011 7:37 PM

Quite possibly the loudest concert I have ever experienced. The audience was so mowed down with sound they could hardly call for an encore. And, it was fantastic.

was that drummer in Rainer Maria?
