If you aren't going to be at LCD Soundsystem's final show at Madison Square Garden tonight, you can always watch it live online.

Rebecca Black did not actually get signed to Universal, but she is apparently hosting some aspect of the Kid's Choice Awards today and Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon and surprise guests did cover "Friday" on Late Night last night. Watch that below...

What else?

Eh, snide. I be drinking fucking natural light right now. I don't consider that fucking snide. I got tribulations

Posted by Anonymous | April 2, 2011 11:37 PM

i loved the part of the show when james murphy ate six crispy kreme dougnuts and one of the fans asked for one, and he replied "lol no wai"

Posted by Anonymous | April 2, 2011 11:37 PM

I loved the part of the show where James Murphy surved chickpea and hummus salads.

Posted by Anonymous | April 2, 2011 11:43 PM

We are all such LOSERS!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 2, 2011 11:47 PM

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:10 AM

@ 12:10 livin' a hipsters paradise

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:19 AM

James is crying while singing on stage because he realizes that he has made a huge mistake and doesn't want to give it up after all.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:19 AM

did telepathe open for LCD tonight?

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:20 AM

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:29 AM

this stream is really boring. good riddance lcd

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:32 AM

Terry Gilliam is the difference.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:35 AM

Everything about this is self indulgent bs.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:35 AM

Sea of sausage in those crowd shots.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:35 AM

Will the last song be "new york i love you..."

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:37 AM

I heard LCD played sxsw

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:37 AM

Yes it will be. Never would have fucking guessed that.

Hey James Murphy... way to be an embodiment of everything you're supposedly bemoaning.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:40 AM

Paying the extra $$$ was worth it for Arcade Fire singing backup.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:41 AM

i'm so fucking shitfaced right now. i think i'm gonna go sploosh all over the place and call it a night.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:46 AM

OMFG a balloon drop.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:48 AM

I watched that whole thing and not one suplex or pussy fight.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:54 AM

i really thought daft punk was going to play at their house, their house... :(

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:56 AM

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:03 AM

LCD needs to go away forever

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:10 AM

At least Charlie Sheen was a hit!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:14 AM

Show was great for the people that actually attended and didn't stay home making lame jokes.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:25 AM

Posted by guys | April 3, 2011 1:26 AM

Was better in '07 @ Randall's Island!!

#suckadickbitchez

#fuckyouforannoyingmeallweekwiththisshit!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:29 AM

after vain attempts at humor throughout the week in other posts, i have to say this --

the msg show was incredible, and i'm truly disappointed that that's (probably) it for this band.

also, fuck terminal 5. may no band ever hold a show there ever again.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:47 AM

maybe never that many modular synths on stage at MSG since YES played in '78. oh, and the did a snippet of "heart of the sunrise" too.

CLASS>!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:53 AM

truly one of the greatest crowds assembled

i mean it

<3

lcd

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:13 AM

that was pretty fantastic. just saying.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:15 AM

all my friends killed me

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:17 AM

I was was a skeptic but LCD really brought it tonight. Epic show.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:35 AM

just got back - haters gonna hate but i had a great time tonight

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:37 AM

yeah, i was at the front of the general admission section against the rail and i thought the crowd was really great too. not a single crowdsurfing douchebag in sight.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:37 AM

^^Except for Aziz but he is no douche.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:42 AM

Already a contender for greatest show of the 21st Century... I am still amazed at the quality... Was at the front of the GA and asl the fans were chill... 2:13 definitely got it down!

Posted by citybug | April 3, 2011 2:49 AM

maybe we dont do hits

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:52 AM

Susan Sarandon should have pushed her way into GA and crowdsurf like Aziz did.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:53 AM

All the bullshit that happened aside, this show was fucking great! I was skeptical going in because the best part of LCD shows (in my opinion) is everyone dancing and sweating together in close quarters. MSG is huge, but it worked. Even from the upper deck, recently released obstructed seats. I'm going to miss them and their ability to make this city move, but they went out with a hell of bang.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:59 AM

It was a good show but not fucking mindblowing wonderful by any means. I was also up front GA rail. Definitely worth the extra money to see them in that giant arena, and I know that sounds odd, but looking backwards at the crowd was an incredible sensation - 20,000 people dressed almost completely in black and white. It was awesome.

Oh and I got to talk to Frohawk so I do not feel gypped out of money in any way.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:03 AM

pt-zzzz pt-zzzz pt-zzzz ALL MAH FRIENDS pt-zzzzz pt-zzz

everyone in this thread is an idiot

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:04 AM

I saw Frohawk from my seat in the 100s. Front row GA. Made the show worth it.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:14 AM

I was in the GA section and had a blast. Though, I'm really happy that I got my ticket from Ticketmaster during the ticket drop on Monday. I feel sorry for anyone who waited outside Mercury Lounge like a FUCKING IDIOT as those tickets were not worth that hassle.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:53 AM

Also in GA and it was a fucking blast. I'm beat up as hell though - that was a shitload of jumping around for 4 hours. And precious few cheesy frat boys that seem to be built into Terminal 5 regardless of who's playing.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:14 AM

yes, legit question here: why did this crowd seem to be 5000x better than any terminal 5 crowd? general admission seemed very "bro-free" tonight, compared to the shit lately at terminal 5.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:37 AM

There were still a few groups of your classic drunk 18 year olds acting like dipshits, but they were the VAST minority as opposed to seemingly 70% of every T5 crowd.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:06 AM

Did anyone else see Frohawk lose his shit during the end there? My whole crew in the 200's had a clear view of him dancing and crying the whole show. Seems like one of the few people still into the music, but he's fatter than he looks! Lay off the hummus!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:31 AM

I think the whole crowd could feel frohawk lose his shit. Because he's fat and shook the arena a-durrrr.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 6:38 AM

LCD Soundsystem sucks. One of the most overrated hipster band of all time.

Posted by Dude | April 3, 2011 7:47 AM

T5 Monday was much better

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 8:31 AM

I like LCD, seen them before but did not attend any of the shows this week.

I can honestly say that after all this hype, I don't know if I'll ever be able to enjoy listening to LCD again. Seriously not sure if I'll ever feel the need to listen again.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 9:07 AM

LCD was the best!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 9:56 AM

oh, you poor thing, 9:07. have a cookie.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 10:15 AM

That show was pretty amazing. I don't know how it came off on web cast, but I don't know how anybody who actually likes the band and attended could have been disappointed.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 10:16 AM

LCD and AF form last night!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kais8JUDawo

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 10:26 AM

Frohawk is LCD's friend. If you went to the Monday show, James said "Oh hi Ahmad"

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 10:28 AM

Frontiers Journey Tribute killed it last night in Metuchen!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 11:24 AM

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:13 PM

Frohawk is an amazing human being who gives it all at every show he's at. Love me some frohawk!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 12:35 PM

The old guitarist was one slick mofo. Did he leave the band because he was stealing the light from James Murphy? What is he up to now?

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 1:51 PM

Meh.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:15 PM

Was frohawk that fat piece of shit standing at the guardrail? That guy smelled like farts.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:26 PM

Frohawk is a douche and a total dick.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 2:51 PM

frohawk is cool. his choice of music is shit, but fuck if I'm gonna try to take away any joy from the boy. are we ever gonna survive unless we get a little crazy ... oh, wrong act. better act than LCD.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:00 PM

James Murphy has the softest chin that I ever rested my balls on.

no joke.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:00 PM

James Murphy may have the softest chin but I have the softest hands. if you let me caress your balls with my super-soft hands you will achieve an orgasm.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:22 PM

OK, now we have become the back pages of the Voice.
Congrats guys, way to keep it classy.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:28 PM

I had seats on the floor and the show sucked! I'm so mad! I couldn't see anything, and it sounded terrible. Thanks James.

Posted by Flo | April 3, 2011 3:39 PM

Amazing! People will talk about last night for ever!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 3:43 PM

8/10
Good, almost great.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:08 PM

Would you look at the fat fuck.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:12 PM

It depends where you were located. If you didn't have GA, it wasn't worth the price of admission. If you did, you had the best night of your life!!!!!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:13 PM

I didn't have GA and it was definitely worth the price of admission. I had a close seat and it was great. GA is nice, but so is sitting down during the setbreaks.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:16 PM

What is the point of floor seats if there is GA? I would rather sit in the back row! I had floor seats and watched my friends dance in the pit all night. couldnt see the show for shit!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:19 PM

4:19, you're obviously full of shit. The floor seats are elevated, so nobody in the pit is blocking the seats view.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:28 PM

Floor seats are not elevated (except for the back part).

Also, why are the people who run MSG such pusses? Just make the entire floor GA like every other damn arena in the country.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:31 PM

th-the sou-sound in-in the-the Gard-Garden wa-was awes-awesome foo-fools!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:33 PM

^^ FTW !!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:41 PM

Frohawk smells like a dandelion! Such a lovely person.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 4:52 PM

4:52 has obviously never had to deal with Frohawk being a fucking prissy diva around them at a show. Dude acted like a total shitbag to everyone around him. Fucking spoiled NYC kids.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:11 PM

I agree with 4:31! Make the whole floor GA! I had a crappy time last night! It could have been awesome... I'm so mad!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:13 PM

Going to a concert (ANY concert) in MSG and expecting anything other than an expensive shitty hot mess is unrealistic.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:18 PM

GA is pretty much the only way to ever really enjoy a show at MSG.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:22 PM

NyQuil is pretty much the only way to ever really enjoy a show at MSG.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:23 PM

oh and what a fabulous hot mess it was baby! woo hoo! Great times!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:25 PM

every time someone posts on LCD from now on, a kitten will die.

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:32 PM

for real?!? because I hate kittens. I dont like LCD, but if thats what it takes...

LCD 4 EVA!

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:38 PM

yeah I don't like kittens either. what kind of disincentive is that?

Posted by Anonymous | April 3, 2011 5:45 PM

are there any other bands besides LCD? my fucking nerves .... start being a fucking journalist

Posted by Anonymous | April 4, 2011 8:04 AM

"are there any other bands besides LCD? my fucking nerves .... start being a fucking journalist"
