Crosby Stills & Nash

Crosby Stills & Nash will play Beacon Theater on August 30th, their only current tour date before Stephen Stills hits the road for a still-unannounced Buffalo Springfield fall tour. Tickets are currently on fan presale, and go on regular sale Saturday (5/14) at 10AM.

Meanwhile, Crosby-Nash is currently on tour and will play NYC at Town Hall on Saturday (5/14). Tickets are still available. Their May 22nd CT will also be broadcast live on HDNet. Buffalo Springfield, who reunited for Bridge School Benefit in 2010, have announced dates scheduled out West in June, and are playing Bonnaroo the same month.

In related news, Buffalo Springfield member Neil Young, who just swung through town on a solo tour, is the subject of a new DVD documentary which is out on June 21st, Here We Are In The Years. The disc "traces the astonishing musical journey of Neil Young from the day he first heard Elvis to his most recent offerings". Check out a clip from that DVD, alongside all Buffalo Springfield & Crosby-Nash dates, below...

Oh man, a Neil Young documentary! I have been waiting years for one! How has he gone so neglected without any documentary until now?????

That Neil Young doc looks like one of those thrown together cash grabs. The trailer has none of his music or footage of him, just interviews with aging record store owners.

I love Neil but I'll pass on this.

I refuse to see any Buffalo Springfield reunion that does not include Peter Tork.
