Why does TM offer "options" when there's really only one possibility? I am betting that the reason I was shut out at 10 was because I forgot to select "general admission" instead of just leaving it at Best Available, or something like that. There's one ticket price and one type of seating? JUST MAKE THAT THE DEFAULT YOU JAGS.

Does anyone know WHYYYYYY it repeatedly tells you there are no tickets, but some people get them later??
How does this make sense?
Why is it allowed?

because some people are holding the tickets, and maybe they screw up during check out so those tickets go back to the pool.

Because sometimes they stagger tickets and release them at different times to prevent scalpers from getting them all at once.

Already 4 tickets on stubhub from the same seller for this event at 500 a peice. I thought this concert would be scalper proof with all of the entry restrictions. How do you resell tickets when the person who bought the tickets has to be present and you can only have 2 tickets per person? YET I cant get 1 ticket for myself at 10:10. Sad, if anyone bought an extra I'd love it. Will there be tickets available tomorrow?

There are bunch of ticket on ebay for >1000 for two. Even if I have two that pisses me off. I hope ppl who buy them there wont get access to the venue and sue the sellers.

I’m going to contact every seller on Craigslist offering to buy just so they can fucking eat the extra tickets they have. If I hadn’t snagged a pair this morning, I would be furious with all these scalping cocksuckers.

Yeh, well I COULD NOT get tickets, and since they made the rules for tickets so strict it is IMPOSSIBLE for someone to resell these tickets without the original creditcard holder going with you (i.e. the scalper). So a bunch of people are going to buy the tickets only to find out they cant use them! Meanwhile, I cant even get 1 ticket for myself. I HOPE I get a ticket tomorrow.

Tickets are non-transferable and you MUST enter the building upon receipt of your tickets. There is a two (2) ticket limit for this event. The ticket limit will be strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit will result in cancellation of your tickets without prior notice. Tickets will not be sold at any Ticketmaster outlets for this event.

I tried to get tickets through this presale yesterday. I tried for over an hour. While others seemed to be getting tickets (at random times, too), I got nothing.

Then, today, I got two tickets through the public sale on Ticketmaster - on my first attempt.

What makes me sad is: we'll probably never know why Ticketmaster fucked things up so badly yesterday.

I tried really hard both days to get tickets, refreshing at 10am on the dot and continuously trying for an hour. I left frustrated and empty handed. Now there are like 50+ tickets for sale on craigslist for at least double the price, one dude is trying to sell his pair for $1000.

The show is only a few days away, everyone who bought tickets know if they will be able to make it or not. So most likely anyone trying to transfer tix to any one else instead of them are scalpers.

I really hope BV you guys MAKE SURE that Webster Hall sticks to the statement about preventing the resale of these tickets. "Tickets are non-transferable and you MUST enter the building upon receipt of your tickets."
