really Brooklyn Vegan? After creating all the silly hoopla around the Modern Weepers mystery, now you're just going to list them without continuing to ask who they are? So obviously you know like you have all along.

Nice to keep pushing this.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:07 PM

Hey 1:07 you fucking dummy, it has already been found out who they are. I know you want to believe that it's not some shitty Mike Myers/Fred Armisen comedy thing but unfortunately it is.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:11 PM

@1:02

How are those the only two you picked out? There are way more "what the fucks" on that list than just them.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:12 PM

The Freaks Come Out At Night @ Mercury Lounge Tonight ... Sissycore Central, Sistah

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:24 PM

Hey, remember that band Professor Murder? Wouldn't it be ironic if it turned out that they were arrested for actual murder? I think that would be ironic.

Posted by Señor | May 26, 2011 1:34 PM

Hey 1:11 you miserable ignorant dipshit:

Of course I know that its Myers/Armisen, but Brooklyn Vegan hasn't posted a confirmation of it, and my point was to say that they are still continuing to hype the show with a link to a previous page with a question mark when they might as well just post the confirmation at this point one day before.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:36 PM

yeah BV, at least remove the '?' after the title of the Modern Weepers link

unless of course you still think its a mystery

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:37 PM

Boo Hoo 1:07/1:36 moron, BrooklynVegan has not confirmed 100% for you and is still using the ? and it is bugging you. Maybe this is the moment when you realize it is time to get a fucking life, loser.

Re weepers: I work for SIR in west Chelsea. The Armisen/Myers aspect is accurate but is only half the story. At the rehearsal space this afternoon I got a clearer picture. There's another guy involved. He's not indie-rock, but bigger- like a legend. People Who go to this are going to be psyched. I can't explain, but it's going very cool and fun.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:49 PM

"people Who" (note capitalization) and "can't explain"? Are those hints?

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:52 PM

bill clinton will be joining Modern Weepers on sax. there you go. mystery solved.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:56 PM

""people Who" (note capitalization) and "can't explain"? Are those hints?"

I totally missed that, good eye! Considering the Keith Moon angle, it is either legit or a damn good rumor.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:57 PM

BIG FREEDIA!!!!!

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 1:59 PM

So glad I'm not anywhere near Central Park today..

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:00 PM

nope. that was not a hint. it's bill clinton.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:03 PM

"nope. that was not a hint. it's bill clinton."

I don't think Hillary lets him out of house anymore.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:11 PM

""people Who" (note capitalization) and "can't explain"? Are those hints?"

seriously I don't see Roger Daltry or Pete Townsend playing at the Merc w/Mike Myers and Fred Armisen

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:15 PM

Mike Myers got up with Elvis Costello at the Beacon this week to spin the wheel.

So there you go.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:16 PM

"yeah BV, at least remove the '?' after the title of the Modern Weepers link

unless of course you still think its a mystery"

A sphincter says what?

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:16 PM

If you believe the supposed SIR guy then you get the prize for being an even bigger idiot than the usual wastes on here

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:21 PM

the bio did say a three piece band. My math says with Myers and Armisen there's still one missing

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:29 PM

your math sucks.

Posted by Anonymous | May 26, 2011 2:32 PM

You all missed the epic show(s) this week. If you weren't at the Beacon, go see Thursday Night Live if you want.
