Sigh another great band going to be killed by a shitty sounding venue.
Too bad.

Of course this has to be on the same day as the Enslaved/Alcest show. Oh well.

Yuck, Terminal 5. Hooray, Elbow. Glad these guys finally get the recognition they've deserved for 10 years.

I think he's actually singing Free Love Freeway in this shot. Or maybe it's his reggae tune, Equality Street.

Shit...this will be the one band that i will go to T5 to see. One of the best bands out there...just such a shame they are playing there. Place sucks ass. Def should have played the Beacon or hell even Central Park or Williamsburg in Sept would be awesome.

Elbow = Keane = Starsailor = Manic Street Preachers = bands big in the UK, but are ? in the U.S.

did you really just compare Elbow and MSP to fucking Keane?

Posted by Anonymous | June 16, 2011 2:12 PM

1:41,

I don't think Elbow could fill up Central Park but I agree, Beacon would be more appropriate.

I will be there no matter the sound. Going because I love seeing this band live. I've seen them at Hiro, at Webster and despite the noise and the sound it was always a good time
