Bad news for fans of Jonny, the duo of Norman Blake and Euros Childs. The band's tour with Apex Manor, which was to roll into NYC on Thursday (6/9) at Le Poisson Rouge, despite making it to Toronto over the weekend, has been canceled:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Norman Blake and Euros Childs aka Jonny have to cancel their US tour. We apologize for the inconvenience and refunds are available at point of purchase. Apex Manor will also be canceling their appearances. Hopefully, Jonny will reschedule their tour later this year.
Jonny's lovely debut album is out now on Merge. Get back here soon, guys." -Bill

Shit - why did they cancel? Their last record sounded like Drive Like Jehu.
