Origin of M

The parade of post-Chaos-in-Tejas touring brought Origin of M to The Charleston on Friday night (6/17). The Japanese hardcore band played their final East Coast show before shipping to Portland for two final US dates. Pictures from their appearance in NYC with Brain Slug and Agitator adorn this post.

Friday was a busy one in NYC for fans of punk and heavy music. While Origin of M was bloodying themselves, Deafheaven was at Cake Shop, Iceage/Prurient was at Public Assembly, Clean Teeth, Colossus & Wizardry played Acheron all while Northside Festival and a normal Friday in NYC was going on.

Speaking of Wizardry, they play again today (6/21) as part of Make Music NY.

More pictrues from The Charleston are below.

Good to see that there's another hardcore band called Agitator out there. I'm assuming that theyre not pro-date rape like those dumbass militant straightedge losers of the same name out of PA.

In 5 years, when these guys have desk jobs, they are going to thnk back on these days in a band, and have their mid-life crises earlier than usual
