Blue Sway | Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney recruited award-winning surf filmmaker Jack McCoy to create a music video for his previously unreleased track "Blue Sway." Written nearly 20 years ago, McCartney's never-before released song, "Blue Sway," is available for the first time on the bonus audio disc of the special edition of McCartney II. The music video created by McCoy is also featured on the bonus DVD included in the set. McCartney II will be released on June 14th by MPL and Concord Music Group.

He should just stay in Vegas. Alongside the likes of Tom Jones, Barry Manilow and Blue Man Group. Bad washed-up karaoke acts for all the seniors they bus into that shit-hole desert tourist trap.

No Helen Wheels?

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 9:57 AM

christ, you can't really argue with those setlists. pretty amazing

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 9:58 AM

9:49 Tom Jones still got it ..Vegas or not!

aka: Crap and Crap II

9:49, agreed. mac has never been one to, ahem, push boundaries so his home in vegas would be perfect. he's been playing the same damn songs, whether solo/wings/insects, for years. yawn.

How many shows do you think he'll add......3 like citi field?!

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 10:46 AM

I think at least 2

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 10:47 AM

I think he'll only be able to add one more, if that. The ticket prices are too high, and he only played here 2 years ago; the market is oversaturated.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 10:50 AM

it's fucking sold out:( , i really hope he adds more shows.

ten minutes after the hour and NO tickets available on ticketmaster.com but 23 pages of tickets available at Stubhub.com...priceless...no...hopeless...
this is a crime...hello senator schumer...hello paul mccartney....

What?!? No Temporary Secretary?!? And No Wonderful Christmastime?!?! What kind of setlist is that?!?? What a rip off.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 11:28 AM

next show on sale at 11:40, folks

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 11:36 AM

yeah, i agree with Michael, it's true ! this si a real crime :(

Posted by Lyra Silvertongue | June 13, 2011 11:39 AM

a huge proportion of the people who go to shows like this aren't real music fans, and dont have patience to hear rarer (is that even a word?) songs despite the enormous catalogue mccartney has. im not a fan, but that is the reason for such stale setlists. Boomers want the hits.

Boomer vs Hipster pussy fight!
Tonight at Brooklyn Bowl

The people who goes to these shows are also prime scalper targets. 57 year old guy treats his second wife to a rare night out. He wants great seats and money is not an object. Drive the Audi from Great Neck, park for $30 bucks, see some songs you've heard 1000 times, dance around a little, sing along and then go back to your dreadfully dull Long Island existence with something to talk about for the next 3 weeks.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 2:14 PM

2:14 is spot on.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 2:22 PM

9:49 Don't be crapping on Barry Manilow, only star to come out of Williamsburg.

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 3:09 PM

Faul McCartney

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 3:11 PM

look at all the disenchanted trust fund douchebag philosophers! you've got it all figured out!

Posted by Anonymous | June 13, 2011 3:59 PM

3:59, are you the 57 year old guy that 2:14 is talking about?
