Peter Murphy

It looks like Peter Murphy will be in New York for at least one more day this week, after his previously mentioned in-store at J&R Music World tomorrow (6/7). He plays a special midnite show at The Delancey on Wednesday (6/8). Tickets are on sale now.

Peter Murphy will release Ninth tomorrow. Stream the album on Amazon while you wait.

Last time Peter was here he played a much larger venue, Highline Ballroom on April 2nd. Pictures from that show, the setlist, and updated tour dates below...

No, Bauhaus doesn't want to fuck you. You're not it's type.

(I'm not really a fan of Bauhaus myself)

The man is a living legend pretty much he invented the goth scene and he's totally underrated...

@4:24- Fuck Bauhaus? You're an idiot. I saw them twice in the early 80's and both shows were stunning. Their first couple albums are legendary. Too many of these photos are extremely redundant but there are some stunners, esp this one> http://www.brooklynvegan.com/img/music/petermurphy/highline2/38.jpg

The final encore at Highline was "Raw Power," so they must have changed their minds.
