The Horrors

The Horrors will release third third full length Skying on August 9 via XL. After a few European dates this summer, The Horrors will head out on a North American tour in support of the album. The tour kicks off on September 7 in Vancouver, and includes MusicfestNW and ATP NJ. The band will play NYC, right after ATP, on October 4 at Webster Hall. Tickets go on sale Friday (6/17) at noon.

Horrors frontman Faris Badwan's other band Cat's Eyes postponed some shows back in May. Still no information on rescheduled dates.

This is NOT the type of shit I listen but I really like their last album(never heard their first). The last song on that album is one of the best songs I've heard(from a band like this) in recent years. And their cover of Suicide's 'Shadazz' is really fucking good.
